Full Job Description

As an Executive in Sales Operations, you will support the sales cycle by ensuring accurate deal processing, clean data, and smooth operational execution across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate sales transactions and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal and OMS teams in the preparation and update of order forms, amendments, Trials/ Proof of Concept (PoC) with supporting documentation.

  • Support reconciliation activities and flag data or billing issues.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to resolve operational queries quickly.

  • Support Sales team for the correct processing in Salesforce for all deals.

  • Contribute to pipeline hygiene, reporting accuracy, and workflow improvements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRMdriven workflows.

  • Strong attention to detail and data quality.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.

  • Effective communication and crossteam collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree qualified or above.

  • Should be willing to work in all shifts on rotation
