About the Role

We are seeking an Evaluated Pricing Services Team Leader to join our team in Costa Rica. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a team of pricing specialists responsible for delivering high-quality fixed income and evaluated pricing data that supports investment, valuation, risk management, and regulatory activities for clients around the world.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise, people leadership, and operational excellence to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of pricing services. You will collaborate closely with global teams, contribute to process improvements, support client needs, and help develop a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, validate, and maintain quantitative models and analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative financial products, indices, and investment analytics.
  • Support the creation of research tools and analytical frameworks used by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into quantitative methodologies, programming specifications, and data models.
  • Develop production-ready model code using technologies such as Python, C++, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and respond to internal and external inquiries related to quantitative models and methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Sales, Marketing, and Research teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, asset managers, asset owners, buy-side and sell-side institutions, and market participants.
  • Review and validate the work of junior team members, providing guidance and technical mentorship.
  • Support team development and performance management activities when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming experience in Python and/or object-oriented languages such as C++, Java, or .
  • Experience in quantitative research, financial modeling, data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within financial markets, investment management, risk management, or quantitative research environments.
  • Knowledge of portfolio analytics, factor models, index methodologies, or financial data products.
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members.
