Are you ready to operate at the intersection of cloud engineering, automation, and emerging AI-driven platforms?

At LSEG, we continuously evolve our DevSecOps capabilities to support high-performance, scalable, and secure platforms in a fast-paced financial technology landscape. As part of the DevSecOps team, you will contribute to building and operating robust engineering systems that support both cloud-native applications and next-generation AI-enabled services.


This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about automation, reliability, and continuous improvementand who are keen to expand their capabilities in AI-integrated engineering environments.

What Youll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines

  • Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform

  • Support AWS environments across compute, networking, and storage

  • Operate container platforms using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)

  • Ensure systems meet security and service standards (SCF, SMCF)

  • Diagnose issues and implement effective, scalable solutions

  • Improve automation across build, deployment, and operations improve monitoring, logging, and alerting

  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and platform teams

  • Reduce manual effort and improve system efficiency

  • Support incident management, including L3 investigations


What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Engineering, with a focus on building and operating CI/CD pipelines and AWS-based infrastructure.

  • Comfortable using Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code and working with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).

  • Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) and experienced with Git-based workflows.

  • Able to tackle sophisticated systems, apply sound engineering judgment, and work optimally within Agile, multi-functional teams.


Good to Have

  • Familiarity with cloud security practices, cost management, and governance, as well as tools like Jira, Asana, or ServiceNow.

  • Exposure to data platforms or services such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Snowflake, along with experience in API integrations and observability tooling is a plus.

  • Understanding of production support and release processes is an advantage.
