For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Business Development (Senior) Advisor role. The exact level of position will be adjusted to the successful candidate individually based on their professional experience and how they present themselves during the recruitment process.

About the team
Join our global Business Development and Marketing team responsible for supporting Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure sector business development strategy and BD activity, cross-practice BD pursuits, directories, awards submissions, profile-raising and project coordination. This role will also support certain BD initiatives with the Defence sector. Collaborating with Sector Leaders, Lawyers, Business Development colleagues, pitch teams and Marketing Communications, the team supports firmwide growth initiatives, with this role focusing on the Defence, Energy and Infrastructure cluster sectors.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting business development projects and activity tracking

  • Coordinating and maintaining sector-relevant and client materials

  • Preparing directory and award submissions

  • Maintaining sector-relevant credentials and case studies

  • Supporting BD and profile-raising initiatives with Marketing Communications, including events, thought leadership and partnerships

  • Delivering internal collaboration initiatives and newsletters

  • Providing administrative and project support to stakeholders

  • Tracking feedback, trends and areas for improvement
