KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Management Assistant to join our Finance and Accounting organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry of engagement information into firm related accounting and risk management systems including engagement setup, estimated realization percentage changes, closeouts, billing adjustments as well as time and expense adjustments
- Calculate engagement gain/loss amounts utilizing the Finance & Accounting Estimated Realization Percentage (ERP) Assessment Tool
- Retrieve Dun and Bradstreet reports and perform other due diligence research tasks as requested
- Assist with Orion application to create and store risk management documentation
- Retrieve work in progress (WIP) reports, time and expense details and other ad-hoc reports
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of recent relevant experience preferably within a professional services environment
- Completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Excel
- Detail oriented, possess strong organization skills and be able to work on multiple concurrent assignments; strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate strong time management skills
