KPMG is seeking a Manager, Performance, Talent Management Technology Product Lead to join the Talent & Culture organization. 

Responsibilities
  • Execute Performance & Talent technology roadmap priorities, translating strategic direction into scalable solutions that support business needs, operational excellence, and an enhanced employee experience
  • Manage the delivery and operational support of Performance & Talent technology solutions that enable annual processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, testing, release readiness, and production support
  • Partner with HR, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solution options, prioritize enhancements, and support effective decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing business processes, user feedback, operational trends, and support data to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the user experience
  • Manage complex issue resolution across HR systems, reporting solutions, integrations, and data processes by identifying root causes, assessing business impacts, and implementing sustainable solutions
  • Lead operational governance activities, including reporting, compliance reviews, audit readiness, risk management, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of portfolio priorities
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS operations, business analysis, enterprise applications, or shared services environments, with Performance and Talent Management experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Analytics, or a related field; or at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise HCM or talent management platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or comparable solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR technology initiatives and product delivery activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, releases, change management, and production support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, data validation, reporting, dashboard development, issue management, and trend analysis using ServiceNow or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive execution in a complex HR technology environment
