KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Audit Resource Management to join our Audit team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staffing strategies that effectively utilize our auditors and are accretive to audit quality, while balancing workloads and providing career opportunities for audit personnel
- Create and communicate strategic scheduling solutions, teaming with Audit management
- Provide accurate and timely reporting insights covering forecasted utilization, actual utilization and projected full-time employees; discuss with leadership about directional focus of resources
- Monitor staff and manager progress toward chargeability goals, work with performance leaders to identify issues and lead team meetings regarding staffing plans
- Team with Human Resources and Recruiting to best determine resource and hiring needs, timing, onboarding plans and help coordinate with teams on hiring strategies
- Work with other cross-functional teams to support the Business Unit, including Training Support, Professional Practice, Human Resources, Recruiting and Finance and Accounting
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in resource management, recruiting, finance and accounting or client service delivery within a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or eight years of relevant work experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, develop team members and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
