KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Growth Ecosystems to join our Clients and Markets organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the firm's revenue ecosystem, ensuring buyers, sellers, and sales leaders are connected through data, AI, intelligence, and technology to accelerate growth and improve commercial outcomes
  • Own the firm's overarching growth ecosystems strategy and product roadmap, aligning sales, marketing, and technology capabilities to drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, and seller effectiveness
  • Lead a team of product owners responsible for the roadmaps and business value of Salesforce CRM, the seller and sales leader experience, revenue intelligence, and other supporting sales technologies
  • Define and optimize the end-to-end processes and systems that convert marketing engagement, buying signals, and ABM activity into qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities
  • Advance AI-powered selling capabilities, including account and relationship intelligence, next-best actions, and predictive insights that improve seller productivity and client engagement
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in revenue operations (RevOps), sales technology, or a related product management field, with a proven track record of aligning marketing and sales technology
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business, sales operations, marketing, or a related field required
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Strategy and product portfolio management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of product owners or technology strategists
  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms (for example Databricks), AI, and revenue intelligence
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior sales and technology leaders to drive a product roadmap
