Job Responsibilities: 

• Support and technical assistance to ensure relevant sales targets are hit 
• Maintain excellent knowledge of business applications 
• Evaluation and technical support for complex bids 
• Close coordination with RFP team to ensure all bids and responses are responded to accurately,  in a timely manner and to high standard 
• Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure relevant sales targets are achieved 
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the competition and industry trends 
• Primary liaison between Sales and Product functions to ensure Product is kept up to date with market trends and new requirements 
• Technical training of the global sales teams 
• Liaison with Marketing to ensure all sales material is produced to a highly professional standard 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills : 

• Experience in Share Plan or similar industry 
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Demonstrate the ability to get on board with new technologies quickly and with ease
• Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
• Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills : 

• Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
