As Content Strategist for JP Morgan Workplace Solutions, you will lead the development and execution of a unified content strategy that supports every stage of the marketing funnel from initial brand awareness through to lead generation, client engagement, conversion, and retention. You will set the vision and direction for content across all formats and channels, including video, podcasts, webinars, blogs, and more. You will provide clear leadership to the content team, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact throughout the client journey. A key part of your role will be driving continuous optimization, leveraging analytics and measurement to maximize the effectiveness of all content initiatives. You are fluent in SEO and embed best practices in everything you deliver. 

 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Provide strong leadership for the content team, setting clear goals, priorities, and standards for performance and quality. 
  • Design and implement a cohesive content strategy that drives results across the full marketing funnel. 
  • Oversee creation of content for all formats and channels: video, podcasts, webinars, blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, and more. 
  • Write and edit engaging copy for campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, and social media. 
  • Manage a content calendar and collaborate with stakeholders to align messaging and timing. 
  • Lead the measurement and analysis of content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Dynamics, and social media analytics. 
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, improve engagement, and maximize ROI. 
  • Develop and report on key content metrics, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement. 
  • Ensure all content meets brand, tone, style, and compliance guidelines. 
  • Coordinate translation and localization as needed. 
  • Review and approve all outputs for quality and audience relevance.
