We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Website Lead.

In this role you will:

  • Own and optimise HSBC Singapores public website and in-app content
  • Drive journey and conversion optimisation (web + app)
  • Lead experimentation and performance uplift
  • Leverage data and insights to drive decisions
  • Act as the bridge between global and local teams
  • Champion governance and best practices

To be successful you will:

  • Proven experience in digital content, website management, or digital optimisation within financial services or a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX principles, and conversion optimisation (full-funnel mindset).
  • Experience with Generative AI Engine Optimisation (GEO), including optimising content for discoverability and performance across AI-assisted search and answer engines, and applying structured content practices to improve retrieval, relevance, and accuracy.
  • Experience leading A/B testing/experimentation and translating insights into measurable improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across markets, functions, and seniority levels in a matrix organisation.
  • Understands how to navigate the matrix and drive integration opportunities
