  • Produce and review reconciliations performance metrics and control indicators (for example volumes, aging, timeliness, and high-risk items), including trends and clear commentary.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to interpret and implement policy or rule changes impacting reconciliations, updating procedures and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain strong control ownership by ensuring key controls are appropriately designed, documented, and operating as intended.

  • Coach, develop, and manage team members through hiring, onboarding, objective setting, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 10 years of reconciliations experience or equivalent relevant operations experience.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience producing governance materials and supporting attestations or certification processes related to reconciliations (as applicable).
  • Experience leading operational resilience activities such as tabletop exercises, continuity planning, and post-incident reviews.
  • Experience driving process re-engineering, automation, or productivity initiatives in a controls-focused environment.
  • Experience coordinating responses for regulatory exams or formal external reviews.
