  • Domain expertise in Financial Services, with knowledge of different asset classes and investment products.

  • 7+ years of experience in portfolio analytics-related roles driving end-to-end agenda.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with demonstrable experience in agile product practices including roadmap ownership, outcome-based prioritization, Jira story writing, requirements management, acceptance criteria definition, process design, procedure authoring, and capacity planning.

  • Experience driving platform observability capabilities, including telemetry standards, logs, metrics, traces, alerting, dashboards, incident analytics, SLOs/SLIs, and operational health reporting.

  • Exceptional communication: executive storytelling, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder negotiation.

  • Organized and effective execution work independently, set and manage expectations, and proactively manage efforts across multiple teams with effective communication.
