Join our dynamic team as a Stewarding Operations Leader, where youll thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service for executive assistants and events managers. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, collaborating across departments and leading the Utility team to deliver outstanding results every day.
Consistently coordinate with Front and Back of House managers to align daily and upcoming event requirements.
Proactively collaborate with all departments to ensure service items are available and ready.
Effectively direct and assist the Utility team in maintaining an efficient and safe work area.
Diligently assist with the transport of prepared foods and clean or soiled items to designated locations.
Thoroughly operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools for optimal performance.
Regularly enforce proper cleaning routines and compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
Strategically manage and oversee completion of daily tasks by the Utility team.
Continuously implement Standard Operating Procedures to maintain a safe work environment and reduce loss or breakage of service ware.
Actively encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Reliably schedule the team and adjust staffing as needed to meet operational demands.
Consistently carry out any other reasonable tasks set by the Chef and General Manager.
Perform essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully in compliance with all federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and quantitative productivity standards.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance in accordance with all federal, state, and local standards.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
