As a Notary, Vehicle Title Transactions (Transaction Specialist) on the Vehicle Titling team, you will provide exceptional service while overseeing the signing of critical title and sworn documents. You will verify identities, confirm document completeness, and notarize forms to support legally compliant transactions. You will research issues, resolve exceptions, and document work clearly to ensure timely, accurate outcomes. You will collaborate with internal partners and communicate confidently with customers and external parties.
Job responsibilities
Notarize vehicle title documents by verifying signer identity, willingness, and document completenessAffix notary seal and complete notarial certificates in accordance with applicable requirements and controlsReview title releases and related sworn documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper executionResearch requests, collect and interpret information, and apply findings to guide next stepsPrepare and maintain transaction documentation, including incoming and outgoing mail itemsResolve mail exceptions and follow established procedures to clear issues quicklyDocument account and transaction activity thoroughly and concisely throughout the processHandle escalated issues using sound judgment to achieve the appropriate customer outcomePlace outbound calls to customers, dealers, vendors, and internal teams when neededPrioritize work effectively to meet quality, accuracy, and productivity expectationsSupport team operations and assist with additional tasks as needed to complete daily workRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
