As a Trading Services Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and processing eligibility schedules, ensuring the smooth operation of deals going live. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, contributing to the overall performance of our trading services. Your responsibilities span from supporting execution of new deals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all eligibility activities. You will leverage your developing knowledge of market products and automation technologies to optimize our operating platform. Your ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement will be developed in this role, as you work to enhance our processes and systems. With a focus on collaboration, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, while developing your influence and presentation skills to communicate data-driven insights and collaborate in impactful decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on our team's performance and the achievement of our short-term operational goals.

Job responsibilities

  • Create and maintaining client eligibility schedules within Collateral Eligibility Services (CES).
  • Build eligibility schedules in CES based on agreed collateral types between providers and receivers, which govern their transactional relationships.
  • Manage account linkages for new account requests.
  • Provide ongoing support to counterparties regarding their eligibility schedules.
     

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Baseline understanding of Agency Collateral within trading services.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply automation technologies in a trading environment, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Skills in data analysis and tech literacy, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
  • Ability to develop internal stakeholder management, with a focus on building productive relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
