Join our dynamic team to innovate and refine technology operations, impacting the core of our business services.
As a Technology Support Lead at JPMorganChase in Corporate- Data Center Services, you will be in a leadership role the helps to ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of the Firm's production data centers and its services. In this role you will use your critical thinking skills while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firms systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Job responsibilities
- Assists in leading teams of technologists that provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firm
- Executes policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability
- Monitors production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability tools
- Escalates and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration
- Leads incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Proven experience leading technology support operations in a missioncritical, 24x7 data center environment
- Demonstrated people management experience, including fulltime employees and contract staff
- Strong incident management and escalation leadership experience in high-availability environments
- Ability to engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders
- Ability to balance day to day operational management with participation in strategic and project based initiatives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting data center exit, consolidation, or transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations, including handsandfeet support, logistics, and site services
- Previous experience managing teams in multiple geographical locations
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming language and / or automation scripting
