As a Business User Acceptance Testing Lead in the Travel Product team, you will own business testing strategy and execution across web and mobile experiences, partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver high-quality releases. You will design practical test approaches, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and ensure issues are driven to resolution through release and post-production validation.

Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on testing scope, timelines, and release readinessCreate and execute end-to-end user acceptance testing plans for web and mobile experiencesDesign business use cases and translate them into clear, executable test scenarios and scriptsCoordinate test data setup and data conditioning to support reliable executionExecute testing in an Agile delivery environment and support iterative delivery cyclesIdentify, document, and communicate defects and risks, driving them to closure with clear ownership and follow-throughManage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detailProvide structured status updates, highlighting progress, dependencies, and decisions neededRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years of quality assurance experienceBachelors degreeExperience testing both web and mobile applications, including Android and iOSExperience with functional test automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber)Ability to manage multiple streams of work and deliver on committed timelinesExperience using workflow and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)Demonstrated ability to lead complex testing efforts across cross-functional teams, proactively managing impediments and risksPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
