Full Job Description

Join a team that helps scale and modernize how we acquire new card customers through high-impact partnerships and supplier delivery. Youll build strong relationships, create clarity in complex work, and help turn commitments into measurable outcomes.

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Card Acquisitions Product team, you will coordinate cross-functional delivery with strategic partners and external suppliers, helping teams execute roadmaps, manage risks, and strengthen controls. Youll bring structure to fast-moving priorities through disciplined planning, clear communications, and proactive issue management. Youll also help improve operational routines and documentation so delivery stays efficient, consistent, and audit-ready.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute supplier initiatives by translating priorities into delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, and status reporting
  • Coordinate work across Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk partners to drive deliverables from initiation through completion
  • Track modernization deliverables, document decisions, surface blockers, and drive actions that improve scalability and efficiency
  • Support third-party oversight activities by coordinating inputs, tracking due dates, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Assess supplier management and operational processes by gathering evidence, documenting gaps, and coordinating remediation with accountable owners
  • Monitor supplier adherence to contractual requirements, policies, and procedures, and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders
  • Deliver change management support by drafting communications, coordinating impact inputs, contributing to readiness planning, and tracking sustainment activities
  • Improve processes by identifying inefficiencies or control gaps and implementing standard routines, templates, and playbooks
  • Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs through clear, concise updates in decks, emails, and reports
  • Manage competing priorities with sound judgment, operating effectively in ambiguity and driving closure through disciplined follow-through
  • Promote a strong control environment by following risk, control, and process expectations while focusing on customer outcomes
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6 years of experience in delivery execution, program/project coordination, process improvement, supplier oversight, business operations, risk management, controls, or related work
  • Ability to coordinate across a matrixed environment and drive execution without direct authority
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in ambiguity
  • Experience creating and maintaining delivery artifacts (plans, risks and issues logs, action logs, status reports, and governance notes) with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring updates for senior stakeholders and working teams
  • Ability to collaborate with Product and Technology teams to recommend improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness
  • Working knowledge of vendor management and third-party oversight expectations, including risk and control practices
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services, particularly supplier oversight, risk management, controls, or compliance-related work
  • Experience supporting supplier performance routines, governance forums, and contractual deliverables
  • Systems-thinking approach to analyze end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities
  • Experience using agile ways of working to deliver iterative improvements
  • Familiarity with responsible use of AI tools to improve documentation quality and process execution (with appropriate controls)
  • Masters degree and/or relevant certifications (for example, PMP, agile, Lean, risk, or controls)
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are not able to provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Final job grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

Drive supplier delivery, third-party oversight, and process improvements that strengthen card acquisition partnerships.
