 As a Senior Product Associate Engage and Deepen in Business Banking in the SMB Client & Frontline Experiences (SMB CFX) organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering solutions for our clients and frontline employees. You will be responsible for creating dynamic solutions that enhance connectivity across channels, boost banker productivity, and provide efficient experiences for business clients and frontline teams.

In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, data science, product, design, legal, and other lines of business to define and align key objectives, goals, and strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients and frontline employees.

You leverage customer and frontline employee feedback and your expertise in product development to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.  You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design, data, and technology teams to create cohesive experiences and solutions for bankers, frontline employees, and business clients.
  • Develop clear documentation of use cases and/or workflows and write requirements, epics and user stories to support design and development.
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features/enhancements on the overall product experience. 
  • Support the product delivery process end to end including backlog prioritization, story refinement, ranking, testing and production validation.

     

     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in product development within an Agile operating model/scrum team environment 
  • Proficient knowledge of product development life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines with calmness and composure under pressure
  • Working knowledge of AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar platforms) and experience applying them regularly to improve productivity and quality in product work (e.g., drafting requirements/user stories, summarizing feedback, and accelerating research and documentation).
  • Ability to think strategically, innovate and clearly communicate complex ideas
  • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Analytical / Problem Solving skills - ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems
  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira/Jira Align and organizational/time management skills

In this role, you will help deliver a portfolio of capabilities spanning banker communication enablement, interaction-history clarity, content and insights used for precall planning and followup, and coordination of enterprise dependencies that impact frontline productivity. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, legal, controls, and crossline stakeholders to run discovery, define workflows and success measures, translate needs into highquality requirements (epics/user stories), and drive endtoend delivery through testing and production validation. Youll also support vendor and delivery governance by improving transparency into outcomes, adoption, and ongoing run costs.
