Full Job Description

Location: Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Make an impact by improving how critical expense and approval workflows run at scale. You will help deliver tooling enhancements that reduce operational friction, strengthen controls, and improve the user experience. Working across business, operations, technology, and risk partners, you will turn needs into well-defined solutions and measurable outcomes. If you enjoy problem solving, delivery ownership, and thoughtful automation, this role offers meaningful visibility and growth.

As a Senior Associate (AVP) in the Global Expense Management team, you will translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with technology to deliver workflow and tracking-tool enhancements that improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and reduce operational risk. You will help modernize processes through automation, metrics, and dashboarding while supporting change management and user adoption.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of tooling enhancements from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and design process improvements
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria to enable effective delivery and testing
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across business, operations, technology, and risk partners
  • Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, and adoption activities to drive successful launches
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and user experience through automation where appropriate
  • Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards to monitor performance, risks, and operational effectiveness
  • Ensure solutions align to governance, controls, data quality standards, and compliance expectations

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in project management, business analysis, product delivery, or workflow tooling (for example: operations tooling, expense workflows, or control-related workflows)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and technology, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Practical experience managing delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and milestones in an agile or hybrid environment
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining key metrics, interpreting trends, and using data to drive decisions
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and document decisions in an audit-ready manner
  • Must be willing and able to work night shifts

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Exposure to expense management, approvals workflows, invoices, exception management, or policy-controlled processes
  • Experience defining dashboard and reporting requirements, including metric design and performance monitoring
  • Familiarity with automation concepts such as rules engines, workflow optimization, robotic process automation, or straight-through processing
  • Interest or experience in responsible machine learning use cases (for example: anomaly detection, classification, triage, or routing) with a controls-first mindset
  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.

All application requirements (including updated resume - please include specifics of your career) should be posted, submitted and completed in the Oracle tool.
