ABOUT US:

Join the largest U.S. Cobrand credit card business, where we redefine the future of card, payment, and lifestyle customer experiences through strategic partnerships with some of the world's most renowned companies. Our portfolio includes industry leaders across airlines, hotels, and e-commerce, such as United Airlines, Marriott International, Southwest Airlines, Amazon, DoorDash, and many others.

Job Summary

As a Senior Associate in Co-Brand Product Strategy, you drive day-to-day execution for priority strategic programs while helping shape the longer-term product roadmap. You will connect teams across product, design, technology, and external partners to keep work moving, risks visible, and decisions timely. You will also own leadership-ready reporting that converts product and partner performance into clear customer and business insights.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own execution for one or more strategic programs, including roadmap discipline, milestone tracking, and dependency management
  • Drive prioritization discussions by translating business goals into sequenced initiatives and clear trade-offs
  • Establish and run operating cadence across cross-functional teams, ensuring decisions, actions, and follow-ups are documented and closed
  • Own key performance indicator reporting across product and partner performance, synthesizing results into insights and implications for leaders
  • Develop leadership communications, including executive narratives, readouts, and decision memos to drive alignment and support prioritization discussions
  • Partner with product, design, data, and technology teams on target-state discovery to inform future requirements and roadmaps
  • Build reusable program assets, including stakeholder maps, cadence templates, milestone plans, and key performance indicator frameworks, to scale best practices across programs
  • Surface delivery risks early and propose mitigations that protect timelines, experience quality, and business outcomes
  • Coordinate with partner teams to ensure shared objectives, timelines, and measurement are aligned and actively managed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, product operations, or strategic program management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort translating between business outcomes and product requirements
  • Proven ability to create leadership-ready written materials and narratives that enable decision-making
  • Experience owning performance reporting and insight synthesis across multiple stakeholders; comfort partnering with analytics teams rather than building dashboards directly
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to connect the dots across teams and align competing priorities
  • Bachelors degree required

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with the co-brand credit card and payments landscape, including competitive dynamics and emerging trends
  • Customer-first orientation, with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into experience and product improvements
  • Experience influencing stakeholders to adopt new processes, tools, or ways of working across teams
  • Experience supporting digital product delivery with a focus on user experience quality and on-time outcomes

Additional Information

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are not able to provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
  • Final job grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting
