Help bring innovative residential mortgage financing to marketstructuring transactions that provide liquidity, manage risk, and support the U.S. housing ecosystem.

Job summary
JPMorganChases Corporate & Investment Bank is a global leader across banking, markets and investor services, serving corporations, governments and institutions in more than 100 countries. The Residential Structured Finance Banking team within the Securitized Products Group (SPG) provides structured finance solutions across the U.S. residential mortgage sector, including agency and non-agency, performing and non-performing, first-lien and junior-lien, HELOCs, servicing advances, servicing rights, and call rights.
As an Analyst, you will support the deal teams daily activities across underwriting for new and existing transactions and relationship management.

Job responsibilities

  • Work on complex securitization structures
  • Assist in managing the securitization process from mandate to deal execution (partnering with analytics, diligence, finance, and banking teams)
  • Prepare and analyze term sheets, offering memorandums, investor presentations, and other operative documents
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external counterparties
  • Create presentation and marketing materials

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelors degree with demonstrated academic excellence
  • 12 years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple transactions and daily tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills

     

  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Knowledge of securitization, capital markets, and mortgage credit (residential)
