We are looking for a highly organized, commercially minded Sales Support / Analyst to join the German Institutional Team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will partner closely with institutional coverage colleagues to help drive client engagement through high-quality analysis, disciplined sales process execution, and best-in-class coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Client Advisors to deliver excellent client service and support business development.
  • Grow into your own book of clients, grow the business and retain existing clients.
  • Help Identify new business opportunities and upcoming product/solution searches; contribute to regional and European sales strategy.
  • Coordinate client meetings and prepare accurate, timely presentation materials and meeting packs.
  • Maintain CRM and opportunity records; support governance and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor markets and client/prospect news; analyse competitors and product developments.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, including KYC.
  • Collaborate across teams locally and globally (institutional, product, marketing, operations, compliance) to support campaigns, events, and client initiatives across Lines of Business.

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Strong client service mindset with excellent results 

  • Entrepreneurial, high quality-driven approach to client development across traditional and alternative asset classes.

  • Solid knowledge of the asset management industry, solid understanding of capital markets products, Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) across all asset classes, including private markets, and Asset-Liability Management (ALM) principles.

  • Exposure to institutional clients with 13 years experience in sales support, analytics, coverage support, client service, or a related role within financial services (internships considered).

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with CRM and reporting tools

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar

  • Strong team player with a focus on organisation, time-management and efficiency

  • Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into clear, client-ready insights

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders 

  • Confident, professional communicator with senior stakeholder presence

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, successfully navigation the global organisation, understanding and respecting diverse cultural norms and practices.
