- Support the Credit Risk Leadership team in day-to-day business management activities, including strategic planning, resourcing, and efficiency initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders to monitor utilization of third-party providers and track forecast and actuals versus plan, clearly articulating variance drivers across the portfolioOrganize and present complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and proficiency in Excel while embracing emerging technologiesLeverage business intelligence tools to generate process efficiencies, enhance operational controls, and support data-driven decision-makingConduct vendor performance reviews and spend analysis as part of supporting the procurement and oversight of third-party providersCollect, organize, and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration platforms such as SharePointPrepare presentations and communications for internal meetings, leadership forums, and strategic planning sessionsRespond to ad-hoc requests with agility and a solutions-oriented mindset, supporting the broader team as business needs evolveRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
