As a Transaction Processing Analyst within Asset Servicing, you will oversee the operational management and control of daily workflow for corporate actions and income products. You will guide the team through the full life cycle of events while ensuring daily controls, client inquiries, and key metrics are completed accurately and on time. You will contribute to strategic improvements across processes, documentation, and product development in a well-controlled environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee workflow execution through the full life cycle of corporate actions and income productsControl daily processing activities within the Asset Servicing team to support timely, accurate deliveryOptimize team capacity through resource planning, training, and succession planning to maintain a robust structureValidate completion and sign-off of daily controls, including client service inquiry resolution, cash and stock break management, event management, and key metrics productionLead and motivate the team through clear direction, coaching, and accountabilityCommunicate strategic and regulatory changes to ensure awareness and consistent adoption across the departmentRefresh standard operating procedure content and presentation in line with new policies and risk management activitiesDrive process improvements and contribute to the strategic development of Asset Servicing productsRequired qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
