Join our dynamic Drive the Future Brazil internship program and kick start your career while pursuing your university studies. This Internship Program is open to Brazil university students halfway through their degree and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience. No prior work experience is needed.
We seek proactive, creative, and self-driven university students eager to learn and grow. This could be your start to something big!
The HR Advisory Support team works across all lines of business providing support to HR Business Advisors, managers, and employees in Brazil. In addition to focusing on activities that permit the HR Business Advisor partner to direct their efforts towards strategic advisory and consultative engagement with business leaders, the successful candidate will also be responsible for strategic HR projects.
Required Qualifications:
- University students pursuing a bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related courses.
- Graduation expected in Nov 2028 or later.
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Available to work 6h per day (30h/week) from 9hs-16hs or 10hs-17hs (with 1h lunch break).
- Available to work in person 5 days per week at our So Paulo Office (Itaim Bibi) located at Av Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3729.
- Full-time students (curso Integral) are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and are in the final year of their studies in 2027.
- Students from universities outside the So Paulo Metropolitan area are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and live within a commutable distance from the office. Students should confirm their universities specific criteria before applying.
