Location: Jersey City, NJ, United States
- Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
- Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
- Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
- Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional roadmap development to ensure strategic prioritization and alignment across product lines.
- Conduct impact assessments and manage discovery documentation to support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate coordination of product delivery activities, including feature mapping, release planning, launch validation, and operational readiness across teams.
- Drive process improvement and change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation.
- Oversee portfolio reporting, communications, and governance to maintain transparency and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor financial controls, resource tracking, and compliance to support sound fiscal management and risk mitigation.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in impact assessment and risk evaluation
- 5+ years of experience in product portfolio management, or operational excellence within a large, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, process optimization, and change management
- Proven success in the product development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
