As a Senior Associate Payments Wallet Product Manager in the Connected Commerce, Wallets and Lending team, you drive product strategy and execution for wallet and money movement experiences. You translate customer needs into prioritized roadmaps, align partners across business and technology, and deliver improvements that are secure, reliable, and easy to use. You use data and customer insights to make decisions, and we support you with mentorship, visibility, and opportunities to grow your scope.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for wallet and payments capabilities, balancing customer value, risk, and business outcomes
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable high-quality delivery
  • Partner with design and research to validate customer problems, test solutions, and improve user journeys
  • Collaborate with engineering to plan releases, manage trade-offs, and remove delivery blockers
  • Establish success metrics and dashboards, and use experiments to optimize conversion, engagement, and reliability
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with operations, legal, compliance, and risk partners to ensure safe product delivery
  • Drive lifecycle management for features, including adoption plans, incident learnings, and continuous improvement
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and decisions
  • Identify opportunities to simplify customer experiences and reduce friction in money movement flows
  • Monitor industry trends in digital wallets and payments to inform prioritization and differentiation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing digital products
  • 3+ years of experience in payments, wallets, or money movement products (consumer or small business)
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling products from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights and data into clear product requirements and prioritization
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams with engineers, designers, and analytics partners
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining key metrics and using data to guide decisions
  • Experience partnering with risk, compliance, legal, and operations teams in regulated environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and status reporting
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with digital wallet funding, transfers, peer-to-peer payments, or checkout experiences
  • Experience with authentication, fraud prevention, or transaction monitoring considerations in payments
  • Experience launching features through controlled rollouts, experimentation, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with API-enabled product platforms and partner integrations
  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple delivery teams and shared platforms
  • Masters degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across complex stakeholder groups
