- Monitor spend, headcount, and investment priorities against plan; surface variances and implications with recommended actions
- Establish and maintain executive operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including agendas, outcomes, and action tracking
- Track delivery of top priorities; proactively surface risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks and drive closure
- Support organization design, operating model evolution, and talent-related deliverables in close partnership with HR
- Drive cross-functional alignment across peer leaders; prepare stakeholder briefs and negotiation materials to resolve competing priorities
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, transformation, product delivery, or adjacent roles with enterprise scope
- Demonstrated experience operating close to senior leadership and influencing outcomes through structured analysis and crisp communication
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize ambiguous inputs into clear priorities and decisions
- Exceptional executive-level writing and visual communication skills, including strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
- Financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, spend/headcount tracking, and contract/SOW or vendor approval processes
- Proven ability to establish operating rhythms, manage dependencies, and drive accountability without formal authority
- High judgment, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive topics with confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and HR
Track record of identifying risks early and translating insights into practical action plans
- Prior experience in an executive office, strategy, or business management role supporting VP/ED/MD-level leaders
- Consulting or internal advisory background with demonstrated delivery and change execution experience
- Experience developing annual operating plans, prioritization frameworks, and executive dashboards (RAG, dependency maps, action trackers)
- Familiarity with enterprise governance and controls related to financial stewardship and third-party/vendor engagement
- Comfort leveraging Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate drafting, analysis, and synthesis
- Experience leading special projects that require rapid diagnosis, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
