Full Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development for the product, hunt and manage new client relationships for a given portfolio, grow the product P&L.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored product solutions that meet client needs.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies, prepare sales materials and assist in RFPs and client presentations.
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, market trends, and business development efforts, analyze client feedback and market data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in banking, fintech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of payments and transactional foreign exchange (FX) products, along with their client use cases.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent client facing skills
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners - sales, product development, client service and bankers
- Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to execute tasks and drive results.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Mandarin speaking is preferred due to the extensive engagements with Mandarin speaking only clients
