Join a high-impact Finance & Business Management team supporting the ASEAN Payments business within the Corporate & Investment Bank. Youll partner with senior leaders to drive strategic priorities, financial discipline, and strong governance across a fast-evolving regional franchise.

As a Vice President in Finance & Business Management supporting the ASEAN Payments business within the Corporate & Investment Bank, youll partner with senior leaders to promote strategic priorities, financial discipline, and strong governance across a fast-evolving regional franchise

Job responsibilities

  • Support the Country Payments Business Heads of ASEAN in driving strategic initiatives and financial goals.
  • Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings, business reviews, and senior management forums.
  • Partner across functions to support local regulatory requests.
  • Work with Planning & Analysis to ensure timely, accurate business analytics, financials, and forecasts.
  • Perform gap and variance analysis on key revenue drivers; proactively identify revenue improvement and business opportunities.
  • Partner with business managers across Lines of Business to understand priorities and drive synergies.
  • Project manage existing and new business or finance initiatives (including regional or global efforts).
  • Partner closely with functional groups to support the risk and control agenda.
  • Provide proactive and tactical support to the wider Payments Management Team as required.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Management, or Finance within Financial Services.
  • Bachelors degree in economics or finance or equivalent degree 
  • Knowledge of Liquidity, Cash Management, and Trade Finance, including product offerings and revenue drivers.
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders.

     

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience creating business reviews and senior-level presentation materials.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into cohesive management information.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong team player with high work ethic.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with U.S. and ASEAN regulations.
  • Experience working with audit and/or compliance stakeholders.
