As a Business Manager within Payments leadership for Corporate Sales in Latin America, you will serve as a strategic partner based in Buenos Aires, promoting business performance, managing risks, and supporting key initiatives. In this highly visible role, you will influence outcomes, lead change, and collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to advance the regions strategic priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business heads as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead performance management activities, including financial analysis, reporting, and communication of business results.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and policies.
  • Develop business cases for strategic investments and process improvements.
  • Drive change by prioritizing issues, proposing solutions, and leading initiatives to completion.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and reports for senior management, synthesizing complex information into clear narratives.
  • Oversee expense management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Data & Analytics to achieve business objectives.
  • Support business resiliency and continuity efforts.

 

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • +1 years of experience in financial services, business management, or a similar strategic role.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to distill complex information into key insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
  • Confident leader with the ability to influence outcomes and build relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to scale automated reporting and dashboards and experience using AI-enabled workflows to streamline data preparation, insight generation, and narrative drafting for senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
