Location: Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Help shape how modern payments run at scale. In this role, youll support day-to-day operations while building and improving processes for new digital payment capabilities. Youll partner closely with product, technology, and operations stakeholders to strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and manage operational change. As a Payments Operations Lifecycle Specialist in Payments operations, you support end-to-end operational readiness and daily execution for real-time and business-to-consumer payment processing. You help define requirements, monitor performance, complete reconciliations, and ensure operational issues are managed effectively as new products and capabilities are introduced. You use data, reporting, and operational controls to identify risk, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver reliable client outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Analyze operational requirements for completeness, consistency, and clarity, and document gaps and dependencies.
  • Perform post-settlement reconciliation and investigate exceptions to support timely resolution.
  • Monitor end-to-end transaction flows and escalate anomalies in line with documented procedures.
  • Partner with stakeholders and project teams to define operational requirements for payment products and support models.
  • Support operating model design and scaling as payment volumes, products, and client usage grow.
  • Build subject matter expertise on product features, business processes, and application flows to support change management.
  • Manage operational issues by coordinating triage, tracking actions, and supporting root cause analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with product, monitoring, incident management, project management, and technology partners to support stable operations.
  • Produce and interpret operational performance reporting and key indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate issues and results to management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel skills for analyzing large datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes to implement process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage rapid change, adapt to new initiatives, and maintain operational discipline.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational risk and controls.
  • Minimum years of relevant operations experience: TBD (please confirm required minimum).
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in payments, cash, or treasury operations, including operational processes, controls, and issue resolution.
