Join JPMorgan Chase as a Software Engineer in Corporate Technologys Workforce Experience Technology team, where you will play a key role in an agile environment to design, build, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable, market-leading technology products while driving critical solutions across technical domains to support the firms business goals.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Works with stakeholders to review and gather requirements.

  • Creates technical requirement documents.

  • Builds custom extracts and reports on Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) cloud using the available framework.

  • Understands and customizes seeded reports on Oracle HCM cloud.

  • Builds proficiency with the HCM modules Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Time & Absence, Payroll, and other areas as required.

  • Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.

  • Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.

  • Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.

  • Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hands-on experience on Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI

  • Knowledge of seeded reports in Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Oracle HCM Fast Formula

  • Good verbal communication, written and presentation skills

  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods

  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle

  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security

  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
