Location: Ciudad Autnoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina

Buenos Aires is one of JP Morgan's key strategic hubs with over 3,400 employees supporting different areas like Operations, Technology, Finance, Credit Risk, Human Resources, Legal.. among others, providing value-added services, products and solutions to our clients located in various countries around the world.

In this role you will be facing different challenges such as out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well. Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking; and strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and processing transactions via numerous proprietary and vendor systems.
  • Facilitating the accurate and timely Income transactions for all products under scope across markets.
  • Resolving booking issues for our clients, take ownership on them and display client oriented focus. 
  • Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently. 
  • Speak Up! Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion.
  • Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved.
  • Escalating issues in a timely manner.

 

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Graduate or advanced bachelor student (as this person will be working full time, from 9 AM to 6 PM)
  • Advanced English (used on daily basis).
  • Client/Customer focus. Prioritize workload and be able to address Stakeholders inquiries in a prompt and accurate manner. 
  • Able to deal with deadlines to meet the daily Cut Offs.
  • Problem solving. Able to find solutions related to escalations.
  • A dynamic & and proactive attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some analytical experience. Knowledge of the subject/area is a plus, not a must.
  • MS Office knowledge is a plus.
