Location: Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Help deliver smooth, accurate loan closings that enable clients and stakeholders to move forward with confidence. In this role, you will build expertise in loan documentation, closing coordination, and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with partners to meet requirements and timelines while maintaining strong attention to detail. You will also contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, thoughtful risk awareness, and great service.

As a Loan origination specialist II in Lending Services, you support the end-to-end loan documentation and closing process by coordinating requirements, preparing documentation packages, and helping ensure conditions are met for timely closings. You partner with internal and external stakeholders, apply critical thinking to resolve issues, and maintain a consistent focus on accuracy, service, and compliance.

Job responsibilities

  • Prepare and dispatch loan documentation packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing through established closing routines
  • Review documentation against credit and collateral/asset conditions, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution prior to closing
  • Resolve documentation, tax-related, or transaction-related items within defined procedures, escalating complex issues as needed to meet closing timelines
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm closing requirements, provide clear status updates, and support an efficient closing experience
  • Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience supporting loan documentation and/or transaction closing activities
  • Working knowledge of loan origination and closing processes, with the ability to follow defined procedures and controls consistently
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and conflict management skills to address issues, prioritize work, and escalate appropriately
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and effective questioning, to clarify requirements and drive timely outcomes
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with consistent attention to detail in a process-driven environment
  • Ability to maintain focus in routine work while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience building productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders across teams and functions
  • Experience identifying process gaps and supporting continuous improvement efforts (including workflow optimization or automation)
  • Familiarity with documentation and compliance controls within a regulated financial services environment
  • Ability to perform effectively under short deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
