  • Influence and align stakeholders by balancing competing priorities, building strong relationships, and driving decisions to closure.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations to inform strategy, messaging, and execution.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with exposure to product management, sales, or business management functions.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, building partnerships across multiple levels and business functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent record of high-quality execution in a changing environment.
  • Ability to coordinate junior resources by providing direct feedback, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to support performance and development.
  • Knowledge of yield and liquidity products, especially traditional bank accounts and short-term investments.
  • Experience in wealth management or private banking, with the ability to engage credibly with advisors, clients, and senior executives in these types of organizations.
  • Experience developing business reporting, performance metrics, dashboards, or management presentations.
  • Operate with versatility by managing responsibilities across run-the-business (e.g. building executive-level presentations) to field enablement (e.g. drafting client-facing communications, reviewing opportunity lists)
