Join our dynamic team as a pivotal support specialist, where your organizational prowess and attention to detail will drive seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient document processing, and meticulous calendar management. Your proactive approach will safeguard against roadblocks, keeping our team informed and agile.

As a Client Service Administrator within J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will work closely with Client Associates, Wealth Advisors, management, and Middle office to create a seamless and integrated client and advisor experience. You will provide dedicated administrative support to the advisor team, ensuring smooth team operations and servicing. This role offers the opportunity to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner. You will also have the chance to communicate effectively with team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support team with administrative duties such as time and expense, scheduling of client / internal meetings, team calendar management, sending mail
  • Follow up on internal document processing (e.g., account opening, money movement, wires) to provide status updates to the team and guard against roadblocks
  • Oversee the administrative elements of client events (e.g., invitations, venue oversight, agendas, gift distribution, etc.)
  • Oversee client account maintenance needs (order new check books, support clients with lost credit cards, username locks, etc.)
  • Manage client gifting (e.g., purchase, distribution, tracking)
  • Perform other daily administrative and operational duties that support the Wealth Advisor(s) and clients including ad hoc requests.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented to ensure all follow ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations
  • Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
