Support priority client coverage through high-quality insights, materials, and crossfunctional coordination on a 6month fixed-term contract. Join a high-impact team shaping how we serve our largest and most sophisticated clients worldwide. In this role, you will quickly ramp up to support delivery of targeted initiatives that elevate client connectivity, unlock near-term growth opportunities, and deliver measurable value across markets and securities services. You will leverage data analytics and AI/LLM tools to surface trends, identify whitespace, and highlight performance and opportunity signals that enhance client outcomes.

You will partner closely with the broader team to implement best practices for coordinating and disseminating client information. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under tight timelines are essential.

Job responsibilities

  • Leverage analytics and AI/LLM technologies to generate actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Analyze client and market information to summarize trends, areas of outperformance, and potential opportunities for senior relationship stakeholders.
  • Support planning and execution of client events and engagements (coordination, materials, and follow-up tracking).
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global teams for seamless client service and information flow.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through client-specific publications and strategic briefings.
  • Contribute ideas to drive innovation and efficiency in client management processes and tooling.

  • Bachelors degree
  • 02 years of experience (including internships) in financial services, consulting, analytics, or a similarly fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to work with data and spot key takeaways.

  • Strong written communication and PowerPoint skills (ability to produce concise, well-structured client-ready materials).

  • Proficiency in Excel; comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.

  • Interest in markets and institutional clients; curiosity and a learning mindset.

  • Experience using data analytics tools and AI/LLM technologies to drive insights and efficiency (using approved tools/workflows responsibly).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Exposure to markets or financial services (coursework, internship, or prior role).

Experience drafting briefing notes, newsletters, or executive summaries.

Ability to translate analysis into practical client-relevant insights and clear action items.

This role is intended to be an initial term of approximately 6 months only; however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.

Drive strategic client growth, insights, and cross functional connectivity for top clients.
