As an Associate in the International Private Bank Business Management team, you will execute initiatives across Investments and Solutions, focusing on innovation and compliance. You will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive business forward, all within a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities
- Work with Senior Management to formalize business priorities and execute initiatives.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze and interpret data.
- Understand and prioritize business needs for short and long-term objectives.
- Problem solve with a focus on client, firm, advisor, and business impact.
- Pursue process efficiencies and client/advisor experience improvements.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Lead responses to exams by Compliance Testing, Internal Audit, and Regulators.
- Establish and lead working groups across various departments.
- Support advisors with client queries and direct them to appropriate outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 plus years of experience in Business management/ COO/ strategy roles.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to execute within demanding deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Confidence and skill to develop and recommend solutions to business leaders.
- Ability to quickly analyze business practices to identify risk and develop solutions.
