Job Summary:
As an Employee Relations Partner within the Global Employee Relations Team, you will conduct and facilitate complex, sensitive, and time-critical ER investigations. You will partner with HR colleagues and business managers to implement strategies, plans, and interventions that develop and maintain a high-performing work environment. Your role will be pivotal in consulting on complex ER matters, providing effective advice, resolution, and remediation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consult on complex ER matters, providing effective advice, resolution, and remediation.
  • Document investigative paths, recommendations, and resolutions; write investigative summaries in a clear, concise, and legally defensible manner.
  • Conduct climate assessments using inclusive investigative skills to identify underlying issues.
  • Engage control partners, including Global Securities and Investigations, Legal, Compliance, and HR colleagues, to resolve serious work situations.
  • Execute a robust risk and controls agenda.
  • Provide ER learning sessions and reporting to address emerging trends and issues.
  • Perform other similar functions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in the shared services/BPO industry focusing on end-to-end employee relations case management.
  • Knowledgeable of HR practices and the financial impact of HR decisions.
  • Understanding of Asia Pacific employment and labor laws.
  • Expert knowledge of ER practices, arbitration, mediation, legal proceedings, and fair employment practices.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong investigation, consulting, and problem resolution experience with the ability to influence all employee levels.
  • Ability to quickly size up complex people/business situations, develop alternatives, and make sound recommendations.
  • Insightful in assessing issues/potential risks and recommending balanced solutions.
  • Proficient in critical thinking, data analytics, and judgment to make fact-based decisions.
  • Experience in change and project management, driving change plans and initiatives.
