Join our Global Payments Corporate Sales team and help shape how clients use payments to run and grow their businesses. You will support strategic client partnerships in a fast-paced, global environment and help deliver a consistently strong client experience. You will work with experienced sales and product partners while building your commercial and industry skills. We invest in training and development so you can continue to grow your career with us.

As a Payments Client Manager Senior Associate in the Global Payments Corporate Sales team, you will support a portfolio of established client relationships and help drive retention and growth. You will partner closely with sales, product, service, onboarding, implementation, and banking teams to understand client needs and help deliver solutions. You will help prepare for client discussions and business reviews, track progress against objectives, and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes. You will apply disciplined execution and risk awareness as you support deal activity and ongoing client coverage.

Job responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of a portfolio of client relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact for routine needs and requests

  • Partner with senior client managers to understand client objectives, operating models, and engagement priorities

  • Coordinate with internal partners across sales, product, client service, onboarding, implementation, and banking to deliver solutions aligned to client needs

  • Prepare materials for periodic business reviews, including client performance insights, pipeline updates, and action plans

  • Monitor client health indicators and help identify risks, service issues, or retention concerns, escalating as appropriate

  • Support product and solutions activation activities to help clients realize value from their payments capabilities

  • Assist with deal execution by gathering required documentation, coordinating internal alignment, and tracking approvals through completion

  • Support pricing-related activities by preparing analysis and partnering with relevant teams on pricing events and updates

  • Help manage Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements by coordinating outreach, tracking completion, and communicating status updates

  • Maintain accurate client coverage information, pipeline updates, and account plans in applicable systems

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Three years of experience in client management, sales, or a related role

  • Experience supporting relationships with complex clients across multiple products and/or regions

  • Working knowledge of payments products and payments industry dynamics

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal partners

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with a client-first mindset

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry
