Job responsibilities

Drive research analysis on one of the IPT themes (Defense & Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing, Materials & Energy, Frontier Technologies, Economic Competition and Policy, Sustainability, and Development Finance) and produce regular research and deep-dive reports

Discern and analyze fundamental drivers of IPT industries

Produce and maintain quantitative indicators tracking progress or lack thereof of IPT industries development

Project thematic developments and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Collaborate with different lines of research and different business lines across the bank to leverage IPT research

Communicate findings through business writing and presentations for research publications

Maintain external relationships and contribute to internal and external client engagements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

1-5 years experience in data analysis

Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis

Solid written and oral communication skills

Experience with business writing and communication for research publications

Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and team player mentality

Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in the financial services industry or IPT-related industry research organization

Experience collaborating across regions and teams
