Job Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain high-quality presentations, charts, and visual content that communicate our investment views clearly and effectively.
- Contribute to the team's daily research note, developing fluency in how we translate market developments into actionable messaging.
- Shepherd materials through compliance review and manage uploads into distribution systems, ensuring content is delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Support the team's content pipeline end-to-end from data gathering and chart creation through to final delivery with a focus on precision and timeliness.
- Take on, OVER TIME more open-ended analytical work: answering specific research questions, building original charts and frameworks, and contributing to the team's broader strategy content.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, research, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical thinking able to work through problems methodically, identify what matters, and deliver clear outputs.
- Excellent communication skills articulate, precise written and verbal English with the ability to convey ideas cleanly.
- Outstanding attention to detail across all aspects of work, from data accuracy to formatting consistency.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg; comfort with basic research and data tools.
- Working knowledge of financial markets, macro themes, and investment concepts.
- Ownership and pace able to manage multiple deliverables with urgency and minimal supervision.
