As Account Onboarding & Data Analyst within our Global Alternatives Client Onboarding team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end account set-up and ongoing maintenance for institutional clients and mutual fundsManage lifecycle events including asset transitions, terminations, liquidations, and custodian changesServe as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across the account and fund lifecycleBuild strong stakeholder relationships and ensure client service needs are consistently metCoordinate with internal teams and external clients to execute events smoothly and efficientlyCommunicate updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns to maintain operational continuityMaintain accurate and current account documentation aligned to internal policies and standardsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and mandatory change-driven updatesIdentify risks across account and fund events and implement mitigation strategies proactivelyImprove processes and procedures through continuous evaluation and global best-practice collaborationPrepare reporting and analyze lifecycle data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
