As a Fund Servicing Specialist IV within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in our fund servicing operations, working closely with various teams, external vendors, and consultants. Job responsibilities
- Execute routine fund servicing transactions, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures, while also handling non-routine tasks of low complexity.
- Apply advanced knowledge of fund servicing policies and procedures to identify and resolve non-routine but not overly complex issues, contributing to the improvement of existing processes.
- Utilize proficient listening and questioning skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, while also ensuring the protection of our operations and clients from potential threats through cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.
- Begin to apply innovation and design thinking techniques to challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating platform.
