As a Fund Servicing Associate ll within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our fund servicing operations. Leveraging your broad knowledge of fund accounting and administration, you will provide advice and support to ensure progress within established procedures and policies. Your work will have a significant impact on our department, requiring you to apply your advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions for varied and complex issues. Job responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end operational support for Registration and AML activities, including reporting for funds supported by the JPM Transfer Agency.
- Manage high daily volumes and large transaction values with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure adherence to defined timelines and consistently meet service delivery standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues in a timely and structured manner.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the firm and its clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Transfer Agency, Technology, and Operations teams to support business requirements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement value-added solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to established JPMorgan processes while continuously seeking opportunities to improve accuracy, reduce redundancy, and mitigate risk.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Hold a Bachelors degree, in a business-related discipline.
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, exposure to Transfer Agency operations.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of the Trade Lifecycle and Transfer Agency processes.
