As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities  
  • Support investor onboarding activities for new fund launches and subsequent fund closes.
  • Process and maintain investor account information, including banking instructions, contact details, and static data across internal systems.
  • Review and execute investor-related transactions and requests in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements.
  • Distribute investor communications and fund notices accurately and within specified timelines.
  • Perform end-to-end quality reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with operational controls.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Partner with global teams across regions to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services operations, investor services, transaction processing, or data management functions.
  • Experience supporting investor onboarding, transfer agency, AML/KYC operations, client onboarding, or related operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, and data integrity principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
 
  • Experience within Alternative Investments, Private Equity, Fund Administration, or Investor Relations Operations.
  • Knowledge of investor servicing processes and fund lifecycle events.
  • Experience using industry platforms such as Investran, Data Exchange, or similar fund administration systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within global teams.
