The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team is responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of end-to-end processes supporting U.S. & International Regulatory Reporting. FRRA operates within the Office of the CFO and plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of regulatory submissions.

As an Associate within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) Data Integrity & Governance team, you support the onboarding and ongoing use of user-facing tools that manage process execution and strengthen reporting controls. The Data Integrity & Governance team (FRRA), a centralized function responsible for application oversight, data sourcing and quality, and process governance across strategic reporting platforms supporting U.S. regulatory reports (e.g., FR Y-9C, Call Report, CCAR) and local country regulatory reporting in regions Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

You will support the onboarding and ongoing use of user-facing tools that manage process execution and strengthen reporting controls. You will partner with external regulatory reporting, data, product, and technology stakeholders to enhance data sourcing and data quality, increase strategic data consumption, and drive straight-through processing across reporting processes. You will also support platform enhancements and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of process management applications; project manage onboarding and resolve user issues in a timely manner
  • Identify and execute improvements to the operating model, tools, and procedures
  • Partner with control functions to ensure alignment with risk and controls policies
  • Participate in change management for enhancements and automation
  • Execute data sourcing and data quality program plans, including timelines and budgets; monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliverables under tight timelines
  • Build and maintain effective relationships in a highly matrixed organization
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices across initiatives

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with relevant data, change management, and visualization tools (e.g., AWS Databricks, Atlassian JIRA, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Visio)

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with U.S. regulatory reporting (e.g., FR Y-9C, Call Report, CCAR), controllership functions, banking and brokerage products, and U.S. GAAP
  • Risk and control mindset; experience establishing or enhancing internal controls
  • Strong process and project management capabilities
  • Self-motivated and effective under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, remain flexible, and think strategically
You will operate in the CFO Office, ensuring regulatory submissions are accurate, reliable, and on time.
